Nice vaporizer

Great product. Much better than my old Vapolution vaporizer. Works as advertised. I would certainly purchase again.

When it works....

The vape itself is great when it's working properly. I've had issues with the remote since the unboxing its had issues being responsive as well as having issues with the preset temp function the device came with 3 preset temps which have all changed in the two weeks of using. My biggest concern is that the device has changed temperatures on its own multiple times I've had a couple bowls get roasted because the device turned itself up to 500 I've also had it jump temps and not make it all the way to 500. Other than that this device is amazing and I would buy it again but because of these issues I have some concern luckily as of now and whst I noticed when its off it stays off but definately keep an eye on the temp because my unit which may be defective does its own thing.

The unit is not changing the temperature on its own; rather, a signal from an electronic device or a remote control for another device, such as a television or cable box, has been affecting the unit. Please check the volume and channel-changing buttons on any remote controls that are in close proximity to their unit to see if one of them is affecting the unit's temperature. Also, make sure their XQ2 is not near any electronic devices that have a signal that could be causing interference.

However, these buttons can be reprogrammed to the device's current set temperature by pressing and holding until you hear a beep.

If the issue persists, we will absolutely assist you further with getting to the bottom of this. Please reach out to us. :)
