Problem Rectified

Headshop followed up quickly and rectified my problem by getting a new bowl to me for the bong I purchased. While I would've preferred a green one, the blue one is lovely.

Incomplete and wrong order

Not only did the order take forever to get here, but I got the wrong color -- I wanted green and got blue. I decided I could live with the color then realized that I was missing the bowl for the pot to sit in. I'm disappointed and hope this can be rectified.
