NWTN is great

Headshop gets 1/5 stars for sneaking a $3 order protection charge (non-opt-in style) to every order. This is unfortunate and I will go back to shopping locally.

NWTN makes good products though. 5 stars to them.

Works great! I did have a sticky residue on the plastic grinder I cleaned with this formula but washing with soap and warm water took care of the residue so my grinder was squeaky clean.

I ordered a Puffco Peak Pro from Headshop.com and ended up receiving the wrong model at first. Naturally, I was a little frustrated — but their customer service team absolutely handled it like pros. They responded quickly, owned the mistake, and made things right by sending me a 3DXL chamber and the new glass top as compensation.

That gesture alone earned my respect, but what really impressed me is that everything works perfectly with my setup. The 3DXL hits smooth, flavorful, and produces way thicker clouds than I expected. It honestly feels like I ended up with a better rig than what I initially ordered.

Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them says everything. Headshop.com went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, and now I’m not just happy — I’m a loyal customer.

Comfortable smoke all the way around

What a wonderful way to enjoy a few puffs in the afternoon. The bowl is large enough for you to enjoy a smoke with a friend. The bubbler holds enough water to cool and smooth out your smoking experience.
It fits my hand as if it was made for it. ;)
The carburetor workd equally as well for a lefty or righty.
It is attractive, comfortable for smoking and for holding. It is surprisingly easy to clean, too.
I can't recommend the steamboat bubbler enough! Get yours!!
