Horrible service and won’t help me at all…

I recently Bomb and got it and loved it for a week… I try to present the “warranty” thingy and because my atomizer is not working. It keeps saying “no chamber” on the screen and I show a video to the situation with also a photo too and explaining the problem and then we all put blame on each other like war and I the postal service got in there too! Yet I’m just all I’m asking is for a new atomizer for my bomb… see I’ve never had a Puffco or something like it so I was in awe that things were had things other than it so I got the Bomb because I heard from others that they are a ?good” idk and now I can’t get a response back from Bomb or or headshop from what I’m supposed to do what this situation.. 3 days of painstaking working on this and I’m an not really the time of the person to do this… I had a massive stroke at 24 from a skateboarding fall and I’m all messed up man. All I want is my bomb to work that’s it! I wish some would help but I doubt since theirs no hope…
