I sometimes see people complaining about the quality of this product, on different websites. Which makes the businesses look bad, when in reality the customer doesn’t know the product they’re purchasing. This is authentic, and same quality as all my previous Yocans. Order directly from yocan.com and you will receive same product, quality, and condition. If you read reviews or look up videos you will know exactly what you're purchasing. It is easy assume it is metal because of looks, but it doesn’t claim to be. It is rugged plastic. Only fault, is this listing isn’t updated, this is the newer version with usb-c and puff counter. With that said, no complaints as this is still the product I ordered. Greatly appreciate this business. Thank you!

Seller shipped and filled order ok. The Item, Yocan Uni Pro, was plastic and kind of cheep feeling. I thought I was getting the metal version w/ a USB-C charing port

It says it's supposed to be metal but it's all plastic. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't..
